About

This blog was created as a means to exchange ideas in a Master of Landscape Architecture class at Mississippi State University. Each student in our class, Seminar in Community Based Planning, was charged with the task of creating their own blog, blogging on other classmates' blogs, and eventually creating a blogoshpere of bloggers so profound that others would have to start taking us seriously. The class's dialogue will consist of topics such as natural resource planning, main street revitalization, open space planning, community design, small town planning, and everything within or adjacent to the aforementioned. Because of my personal interest in the role of agriculture within community design, I apologize now for the slanted view I hold that, "Food can be the most powerful element in designing sustainable communities!."
