Decision Matrix
Following LEED standards for an infill development, the south campus (Starkvillage) rates lower than Wood St. location. The decision was later made, to go ahead with the Starkvillage location because of the potential Taze and I saw in it. There is restoration and agricultural potential, as well as connectivity to campus. The decision to look at a greenfield site, as opposed to infill development, is perhaps the best critique to be discussed about the validity of the project.
